Phyllis Sue Ostholthoff was born October 3, 1956 in El Paso, Texas to Thomas and Patricia Daniels Gray. She died on November 23, 2018 in North Port, Florida.
She is survived by her husband Paul Ostholthoff, daughter Paula Ostholthoff, Grandchildren Jake Miller and Nya Miller, step-mother Marilyn Gray, brothers, Tim (Ann) Gray, Tom Gray, Jerry (Tammy) Gray, Tony Gray, Terry (Tina) Gray and Sam (Jennifer) Gray, and many nieces and nephews. She was proceeded in death by her son Erik Ostholthoff, and parents Thomas Gray and Patricia Gray.
A graveside burial will be held on Tuesday December 4, 2018 4:00 at Mud Pike Cemetery.
