Statehouse — The Indiana General Assembly is considering a bill that would let school board candidates choose a political party affiliation on the ballot.
Supporters and opponents of Senate Bill 188 testified this week before the Senate Elections Committee.
A similar measure was discussed at a House hearing last year but no one testified in favor.
