Pacers Win Wild East Finals Opener

(New York, NY) – It was a wild ending inside Madison Square Garden last night.

The Indiana Pacers willed their way to a 138-135 victory in overtime over the New York Knicks.

Tyrese Haliburton scored 31 points. He hit an incredible shot that bounced up in the air off the rim and then through to send the game to overtime.

Aaron Nesmith also added 30 points of his own.

Indiana is now up 1-nothing in the Eastern Conference Finals.

Game Two is once again in New York on Friday.
