(Brookville, IN) – One person had to be flown to the hospital following a two-vehicle crash involving entrapment at State Road 101 and Fairfield Avenue in Brookville Tuesday afternoon.
First responders were called shortly after 4:30 p.m. and found a driver with their legs pinned beneath their vehicle’s dashboard.
Brookville firefighters were able to remove the doors and lift the dashboard off the person’s legs.
The unidentified victim was taken by Air Care to UC Medical Center for treatment.
Also responding were the Brookville Police Department, Franklin County Sheriff’s Office, and Letts EMS-Franklin County Paramedics.
