(Oldenburg, IN) – The Oldenburg Academy Innovation Council is making a last minute push to reach its goal to raise $25-thousand to “Beautify The Burg.”
This project calls for resurfacing and painting the basketball courts in Oldenburg’s Maypole Heritage Park to make them multi-use for hoops and pickleball. It will also build a community fire pit with added seating and landscaping.
OA needs to raise $25-thousand by Friday in order to receive a 50-50 matching grant from the state as part of the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority‘s My Community, My Vision program.
As of Tuesday morning, more than $21-thousand had been raised.
