NWS says Saturday is a day of fire and ice risk

Southeastern, IN — The National Weather Service has issued a Frost Advisory for the area from 2 am to 9 am on Saturday. They say temperatures dipping down as low as 32 will result in frost formation.

The National Weather Service has also issued an Enhanced Fire Danger Advisory for the area on Saturday afternoon into Saturday evening. Wind gusts to over 30 mph, combined with low humidity and dry ground will lead to an increased fire danger Saturday afternoon and early evening. Avoid open burning if possible Saturday afternoon and early evening.
