North Decatur suffers Homecoming loss to Lapel

The Lapel Bulldogs spoiled North Decatur’s football homecoming dealing the Chargers a 34-20 loss Friday.  Lapel quarterback Brennan Stow threw for 161 yards and three touchdowns while Bulldog back Tyler Dollar cashed in two scores on 183 yards rushing.

North Decatur’s Christopher Steven reported the Chargers got down early by two scores but battled hard to stay in the game.  Reid Messer led the Chargers rushing attack with 105 yards . Carson Parmer was 14 of 27 with no interceptions and threw for 119 yards. Evan Howell and Kaleb Phelps led the Chargers in tackles.
