The North Decatur girls golf team defended their home course on Thursday, August 15, taking the win in a match against Edinburgh and Hauser. The Chargers won the match, carding a score of 229. Edinburgh finished in second place with a score of 248, followed by Hauser with a 262. (Full meet recap and scores are below.)
Mary Stier was the individual medalist with a 53. Carmen Thackery (58), Kail’C Ruble (58), and Ellie Grote (60) completed the team score. Macy Kinker (65), Jaylynne Krahn (65), Grace Nobbe (66), and Addie Nugent (68) also completed.
Next, the girls will face East Central at home on Monday.
