The Chargers made the short drive to Greensburg High School to compete in the 15-team invitational. The Chargers ran to an 11th-place finish. Leading the way for North was Eli Weisenbach with a time of 20:31. Logan O’Dell (21:30) and Harper Gunn (21:31) both battled the competition and each other to the finish line providing a solid back-to-back finish for North. Adam Wade (21:50) had a nice run as did Noah Weisenbach (22:54). Sophomores Jackson White (22:54), Sam Cathey (25:04), Teagan Striecker (28:15 new PR) and Jake Dimett (29:41 also had solid runs for the Chargers.
North returns to action on Tuesday, October 3 at North Branch Golf Course for their Senior Night meet against Jac-Cen-Del.
