BATESVILLE, IN — Margaret Mary Health (MMH) officials say 15 COVID-positive patients were admitted last week, bringing the total since August 1 to 108 patients.
MMH currently has 27 patients on the Medical/Surgery floor, with three of those patients in the Special Care Unit. Seventeen of the patients are COVID-positive with two patients on ventilators.
The total percent of hospitalized COVID-positive patients since August 1 who were not vaccinated continues to hold steady at around 84%. Fourteen of the current hospitalized COVID-positive patients are unvaccinated. (Please see charts for patient volumes and vaccination status of hospitalized patients)
The hospital can provide testing for symptomatic patients at the Main Campus Lab with an order from a primary care provider.
