Napoleon State Bank expansion underway in Greensburg

Greensburg, In. — Napoleon State Bank CEO/President Mark Comer says the first steps toward the improved Greensburg branch are underway. “The demolition of the old Burger Chef building is the first visual sign the beginning of this project. Our decision to open a second location in the Greensburg market is an important step towards meeting the needs of our growing customer base in that area,” Mark Comer, CEO/President said. “The new Lincoln Street location will offer more convenience to customers in a different part of town and will provide opportunities for growth for our locally owned community bank.”

Pending regulatory approval, construction operations for the fifth location are set to begin in mid-2018. Officials say a sixth location in Westport is planned for early 2019.

The bank has been locally owned since 1903 and serves Ripley and Decatur Counties.
