(Napoleon, IN) – The Napoleon State Bank has awarded $27,500 apiece to three local organizations, totaling $82,000 in grant funds through the Community Multiplier – Member Match Program.
The first $27,500 grant went to Speranza to enhance its support services for women in recovery.
The funding will provide residential and non-residential program scholarships, along with post-program assistance such as vouchers for rent, security deposits, and utility startup costs—critical resources that help graduates overcome housing barriers during their transition to independence.

Speranza is a residential recovery home located in Greensburg, dedicated to empowering women recovering from drug and alcohol addiction by equipping them with the tools needed to achieve lasting sobriety and build happy, healthy, and self-sufficient lives.
The second $27,500 grant was awarded to Batesville-based New Horizons Rehabilitation, Inc., and provides stable, safe and secure housing for persons with developmental disabilities.
New Horizons operates 10 homes across Southeastern Indiana.
Funds from this grant will help with essential home repairs within the community living homes where their services are offered.
The third $27,500 grant goes to LifeTime Resources, Inc., which is headquartered in Dillsboro.
LifeTime Resources is dedicated to promoting housing stability and overall well-being for older adults and those with disabilities, and serves Dearborn, Ripley, Jefferson, Ohio, and
Switzerland counties.
Funds from this grant will help expand and enhance their safe housing efforts and support services these people need to thrive.
“We are proud to support Speranza, New Horizons Rehabilitation, and LifeTime Resources through the FHLBank Indianapolis Community Multiplier – Member Match Program,” said Joe Moorman, President of The Napoleon State Bank. “These organizations are making a tangible difference in our communities, and this funding helps them continue their essential work of providing stability, dignity, and hope to those they serve.”
