(Brookville, IN) – Crystal Pence’s murder trial has been pushed back to this summer.

The 29-year-old Pence was set to go on trial this month, but it’s been continued to July.

She’s the Brookville woman accused of shooting and killing her brother Ronald Pence at Riverfront Apartments back in December.

Continuances are typically granted in Indiana criminal trials, and often happen multiple times with each case.

Pence’s jury trial will be held in Franklin Circuit Court, with Judge Clay Kellerman presiding.
