Mr. Dennis Lynn “Denny” Sigmon, age 64, of near Lake Geneva, Indiana, entered this life on March 13, 1952, in Milan, Indiana, the son of the late, Robert Edwin Sigmon and Gladys Mae (Hambrick) Sigmon-Alford. He was a 1970 graduate of the Aurora High School in Aurora, Indiana. Denny was united in marriage on August 8, 2009, in Taylor County, West Virginia, to Brenda Lee Murphy. Denny and Brenda shared 18 years together until his death. Denny was a former supervisor for Fernald in Harrison, Ohio, for 18 years. He was later employed as a shipping and receiving manager for Multiple Machining, Inc. in Dillsboro, Indiana, for 6 years. Denny was employed as an installer for Direct TV for 9 years. He resided in the Switzerland County community most of his life. Denny enjoyed hunting, the outdoors and spending time with his family and friends. Denny passed away with his loving family by his side at 7:11 pm, Friday, February 24, 2017, at his residence near Lake Geneva, Indiana.
Denny will be dearly missed by his loving wife: Brenda Lee (Murphy) Sigmon of near Lake Geneva, Indiana; his sons: Lonnie Sigmon and his wife: Amanda of Delhi, OH and Jesse Sigmon of Cincinnati, OH; his daughter: Amanda Estell Davis of near Lake Geneva, IN; his grandchildren: Dakota, Keagan and several other grandchildren; his sisters: Judy Wallace and her husband: Cecil of Rising Sun, IN and Janie Ammons of Greendale, IN and his several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Robert Edwin Sigmon and Gladys Mae (Hambrick) Sigmon-Alford; his step-father: Edwin Earl Alford, Jr.; his brother: Robert Michael “Mike” Sigmon; his brother-in-law: Joseph Ammons and his sister-in-law: Rose Sigmon.

Memorial services will be conducted Thursday, March 2, 2017, at 1:00 pm, by Rev. Ron Lee, at the Haskell & Morrison Funeral Home, 208 Ferry Street Vevay, Indiana 47043.
Luncheon will be provided and held at Judy and Cecil Wallace residence, 2928 Bellview Lane, Rising Sun, Indiana 47040.
