Laurel, IN—Late Friday evening on June 26 Franklin County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the scene of an accident with injuries on Ott Road, just north of Laurel Road.
Deputies determined that Otis T. Sizemore, 46, of Connersville, was operating a 2011 Harley Davidson Motorcycle. Sizemore was northbound on Ott Road when he traveled off of the east side of the roadway, causing him to lose control of the motorcycle. The motorcycle laid onto its side, ejecting Sizemore from the vehicle.
Sizemore was flown by medical helicopter to University Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio, where he succumbed to his injuries on July 1st. Sizemore was not wearing a helmet at the time of the accident.
