64-year-old Eugene Gunter has been arrested by Indiana State Police following a Wednesday crash with a train in the Morris area. Reports indicate Gunter was hit at the crossing of North County Road 600 East.
Gunter has been charged with operating while intoxicated, leaving the scene of an accident and resisting law enforcement.
