Franklin County, IN — There will be two Drug Take-Back events in Franklin County this month. Both events are hosted by Margaret Mary Health as well as the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department and Stayin’ Alive Franklin County. If you have expired or unused medications in your home, it may be time to get rid of them so they aren’t a temptation to others.
The first event will be held this evening in Brookville from 5 to 7 pm at the Brookville United Methodist Church on 8th Street. The second event will be held on April 28 from 5 to 7 pm at the Metamora Volunteer Fire Department on Duck Creek Road.
For both events, simply drive through and drop your unused or expired medications in a collection box without even having to leave your vehicle.
