Deputy, IN—Late Sunday night, Jefferson County Central Dispatch received a call in reference to a missing, adult male. The caller stated her husband, Joseph Wall, had left their residence at approximately 6 pm and was en route to the Deputy area. Jefferson County Sheriff’s Deputies checked the area, but were unable to locate Joseph.
Early this morning, Jefferson County Central Dispatch received a call from a passing motorist, who advised he had located a motorcycle, lying in a field on West Deputy Pike Road. Jefferson County Sheriff’s Deputies and King’s Daughter’s Emergency Medical Services responded to the scene. Joseph Wall, 33, of Madison was pronounced dead at the scene by The Jefferson County Coroner’s Office.
The crash investigation is ongoing and will be completed by the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office and Jefferson County Coroner’s Office.
