The Batesville Middle School golf team enjoyed a beautiful evening at Hillcrest last night and came out victorious. Drew Wagner fired a 43 to earn match medalist honors to lead BMS (191) with a win over South Dearborn (206) and St. Louis (229).
Helping the Bulldogs pull out a win was Zach Wade shooting a 46 and Dean Campbell with a 50. Other scores for Batesville included Sam Emmons and Austin Pohlman both with a 52 followed by Brett Wagner with 53.
The Bulldogs are back in action Tuesday at North Branch.

The St Louis golf team participated in a 3-way match Monday afternoon against Batesville Middle and South Dearborn schools. Final scores for the match where St Louis 229, South Dearborn 206, and BMS 191.
Scoring for the Cardinals was led by Brandon Simmermeyer followed by Cody Mohr, Adam Voglesang, Cayden Pohlman, Lucas Anderson, and Amelia Austin.
St Louis plays again Tuesday at North Branch against BMS and St Mary’s.
