Marcella Anna Marshall, 96, of Aurora, Indiana passed away Thursday, October 14, 2021.
She was born June 19, 1925, in Dillsboro, IN, daughter of the late Jesse Ascherman and Esther (LaKamp) Ascherman.
Marcella was a member of the Aurora First United Methodist Church and the VFW Auxiliary.
Marcella is survived by her daughter, Melody (John) Deckard of Aurora, IN; grandchildren, Heather McClanahan, Kristin Deckard, and Brandon Wingate; and 7 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Leroy Spencer Wingate; husband, Donald Edgar Marshall; son, Nick Wingate; brothers, Robert, Carl, Virgil, and Norman Ascherman.
Friends will be received Wednesday, October 20, 2021, from 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm at the Rullman Hunger Funeral Home, 219 Mechanic Street, Aurora, Indiana.
Services will be held at the Funeral Home, at 2:30 pm.
Interment will follow in the River View Cemetery, Aurora, Indiana.
