Man arrested on multiple drug allegations at Brum Woods

Batesville, IN— On Late Friday morning, The Batesville Police Department responded to a call at the Brum Woods parking area near the intersection of State Road 229 and Huntersville Road regarding a male who was allegedly swaying outside of his vehicle. It was also reported by witnesses that the male was backing in and out of the same parking spot several times. The male was located and identified as Robert W. Pfautz, 34, of Batesville.
While speaking with Pfautz, the officer alleges to have recognized physical signs indicative of methamphetamine use. During a search of Pfautz’s vehicle, the officer alleges to have found a THC vape device, two hypodermic syringes, and a crystal-like substance, believed to be methamphetamine.
Pfautz was arrested for Possession of a Hypodermic Syringe, Possession of Methamphetamine, and Possession of Marijuana.
