Greensburg, In. — MainSource Bank recently sent 16 members of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Decatur County to Kings Island.
The 16 lucky young people went to the theme park for opening weekend of the “Halloween Haunt.” For each of the people it was their first trip to the theme park. This year’s spine-tingling Halloween activities include many haunted attractions, outdoor scare zones, outrageous live shows with wild creatures and the park’s most exhilarating rides.
MainSource remains a large supporter of making a difference in the local communities it serves through donations and employee volunteer efforts. Dedicated to serving the neighborhoods, MainSource Bank believes every child deserves a chance to succeed in life and have someone they can look up to for guidance.
“We’re so thankful for supporters such as MainSource. None of the children attending Saturday’s event had been to Kings Island before and they had such a great time. Those types of events aren’t usually possible without donations such as these. It was very much appreciated,” said Lisa Hermesch, Executive Director at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Decatur County.
