AURORA, Ind. – The Indiana Department of Transportation is looking for some winter help.
INDOT will take applications and conduct interviews Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the WorkOne facility in Lawrenceburg, located at 110 Walnut Street.
The transportation agency is seeking plow truck drivers and other seasonal operations personnel for snow and ice removal this winter.
Successful applicants will be on call 24/7 to clear roads and maintain mobility with maximized safety for motoring public.
Job candidates must have a valid CDL license, high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to lift 50 pounds. A drug test will be administered Wednesday at the Lawrenceburg WorkOne offices.
