Officials of the Columbus Express Soccer Club (CESC) announced on Sunday, May 31, 2015 that its U13 Girls Orange team won the 2015 Indiana State Cup.
Local athletes Allison Storms, Liz Heidlage and Carlie Werner, all incoming 8th graders from Batesville, along with eleven other girls from Columbus, Terre Haute, North Vernon and Richmond, were part of the State Championship team.
