INDIANAPOLIS – Early childhood education across Indiana is getting a boost after Lilly Endowment Inc. granted $22.5 million.
Lilly Endowment is providing $20 million to Early Learning Indiana to enable it to increase the quality and quantity of early childhood education opportunities across Indiana. The Endowment also made a grant of $2.5 million to United Way of Central Indiana.
The funding allows the organizations to continue their commitment to improve the quality of programs for children birth to age five.
