Lembit Tamme, 93, Greensburg, passed away on Sunday, February 3, 2019 at the Morning Breeze in Greensburg. Born, June 9, 1925 in Tallinn, Estonia, he was the son of Jaan and Elvine Siht Tamme. Lembit served in Estonia Army during World War II. He was injured on the front line defending his country. He was a machinist at American Lifts in Greensburg retiring in 1990. He was married to Aetna D. Youngblood on August 19, 1959 and she preceded him in death on January 31, 1986. He is survived by one daughter, Melissa (Andy) Geis, Greensburg; three grandchildren, Jordan (Whitney) Ramer, Audrey (Tyler) Reiger, Allie Geis; two great grandchildren, Isabella Ramer and Emilia Ramer. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife; one son, John Tamme; two brothers, and two sisters. Private graveside services will be held at the South Park Cemetery.
