(Statehouse) – State Sen. Jean Leising (R-Oldenburg) chaired the first meeting of the year for the Rural Caucus on Wednesday, January 22.
Indiana State Health Commissioner Lindsay Weaver spoke at the meeting, which covered topics such as public health and other issues significant to rural Indiana.
Leising represents Senate District 42, which includes Decatur, Fayette, Ripley and Rush counties, and portions of Franklin, Jennings and Shelby counties.
