North Decatur High School Girls Varsity Volleyball beat South Decatur High School 3-0.
The Lady Chargers were ready to take on the Cougars tonight! Both JV & Varsity played with intensity, hustle & good communication!
JV won in 2: 25-7 25-18
Brittany Krieger has 7 digs, Sammi Luttel added 8 assists & 4 kills, Caroline Stapp added 3 aces.
Varsity won in 3: 25-11, 25-17, 25-19
Kara Muckerheide controlled our offense with 22 assists and also was a key factor in our defense with 20 kills. Erika Kramer added 14 kills and 10 digs. Olivia Bohman 9 digs & 5 kills. Emma Luttel & Caroline Stapp both added 6 kills a piece as well.
Emma had a great game tonight – lots of hustle & hit well. Caroline did a great job of stepping in as a hitter. All around, our ball control was consistent and we were able to keep the momentum. Proud of these girls for maintaining possession of the trophy for another year.
