The 8th Grade Lady Bulldogs fell to 2-2 for the season with a loss last night against the seasoned Squires from South Dearborn 32-17.
The fell behind early 11-2 in the first quarter. Teamwork and better defense gave them the 2nd quarter, outscoring them 7-5. They could not dig out of the hole they found themselves in and ended up losing 32-17. The second half was better offensively with only 4 turnovers.
Scoring for the Dogs were: Shalee Harrington and Catherine Raab with 6, Tatum Hanson and Chole Saler with 2, and Callie Main put in a free throw.
They will be in action on Thursday at BMS.
The Batesville 7th grade won 29-15.
