The Batesville High School tennis team defeated visiting South Dearborn by a score of 5-0.
The Lady Bulldogs gave up just one game over the five varsity matches.
Senior Betsy Harmeyer was a 6-1 and 6-0 winner at No. 1 singles, while Summer Ratcliffe and Chloe Saler were straight-set winners at No. 2 and 3, respectively.
Kayla Stone teamed up with Malia Scheele to defeat Baileigh Lack and Juliette Hurst 6-0 and 6-0 at No. 1 doubles. Cayman Werner and Cara VanSickle won 6-0 and 6-0 at No. 2 against Grayce Kloyer and Maria Townsend.
Belle Westerfeld and Isabelle Wonnell each posted Junior Varsity singles win as did Katelyn Martin and Ella Dieterlen. Jada Day and Ella Wolters were victorious over the Lady Knights in doubles play.
