Kollyns Wade Leffel, a precious soul who graced this world for a brief yet unforgettable moment, was born on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, in Cincinnati, Ohio. It is with great sadness that Kollyns departed this life on the very same day, leaving behind a profound sense of love, hope, and cherished dreams for him within the hearts of his family and friends.

He is remembered fondly by his loving parents, Quintin and Hannah (nee Daugherty) Leffel, who held him close in their dreams and aspirations, embracing the joy that his arrival brought to their lives. His brothers, Kayde and Kayce Leffel, will carry the memory of their little brother with them, forever cherishing the bond they shared during the brief time they were all together.

Kollyns’ family roots run deep in love and support being enveloped in the warmth of both maternal grandparents Calvin Daugherty and April Lefker and paternal grandparents, Tom and Denise Leffel. The cherished presence of his maternal great-grandmother, Martha Lefker, along with his paternal great-grandmother, Joann Haunert, adds depth to the legacy he leaves behind.  Kollyns’ family tree is also filled with countless uncles, aunts, and cousins who are left to honor him.

A Graveside Service to commemorate his beautiful life will be held on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at 1:00 PM at St. Maurice Cemetery located at 1963 St. John’s Street, Greensburg, Indiana 47240.  As the family gathers, they will join together to celebrate the love and joy that Kollyns brought into their lives.

While his time on Earth was but a moment, Kollyns Wade Leffel’s impact will echo in the hearts of all who knew him, reminding us all of the preciousness of life, love, and family. He will be lovingly remembered and forever missed.
