Kentucky ranks as one of the lowest in uninsured residents

Batesville, In. — A new survey by WalletHub says the national uninsured rate is on the rise, from 12.2 percent in 2017 ti 10.9 percent in 2016.

The survey analyzed the rates in 547 cities by age, race and income levels. The study determined Kentucky has the 8th lowest rate of uninsured people in the country.
