John Wesley Smith Jr. of Sunman, Indiana passed away on Sunday, March 3, 2024 at the Waters of Batesville at 79 years old.
Born on April 23, 1944 in Florence, Alabama, he was the son of John Sr. and Josephine (Parr) Smith.
The US Air Force veteran served from 1962 to 1966. He earned his BS from Plymouth State University in New Hampshire. John retired from Cincon Systems where he worked as a software engineer.
John is survived by his wife, Rebecca Lloyd of Sunman plus two sisters, Dorothy Fabry and Patricia Cameron both of New York, NY.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
