John Curtis Wilson, 68

John Curtis Wilson, 68, of Greensburg passed away on December 12, 2023. He was born on December 18, 1954 in Batesville, Indiana the son of J.C. Wilson and Kathryn (Meyers) Lanning. John was a 1973 graduate of Greensburg Community High School. He worked at Delta for 30 years before retiring. John was a gifted woodworker and loved to sing karaoke.
Survivors include: Daughter, Jessica (James) Cherry; Brother, Glenn (Nancy) Jobst; and Sisters, Linda (Nick) Moehring and Brenda (N. Eilden) Littell. He was preceded in death by his Parents and Daughter, Amanda Wilson.
A visitation for family and friends will be held on Wednesday, December 20, 2023 at the Gilliland-Howe Funeral Home from 11:00 am until the time of the funeral at 1:00 pm. Pastor Ray Sweet will be officiating. Burial will follow at the South Park Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to the Decatur County Animal Shelter.
