Irene Spaulding, 90, of Dillsboro, Indiana, passed away Thursday, September 16, 2021.
She was born November 7, 1930, in Lawrenceburg, IN, daughter of the late Rueben Bradley and Agnes (Akes) Bradley.
Irene enjoyed playing BINGO, and coloring adult coloring books. Irene didn’t know a stranger, and would talk with anyone. In her younger years, she enjoyed camping with family and friends, as well as gardening. She loved spending time with her family and friends and she will be missed by all.
Irene is survived by her daughter, Pamela Sue (Richard E.) Middleton of Dillsboro, IN; daughter-in-law, Rose Ann Spaulding of Lawrenceburg, IN; grandsons, Richard W (Shannon) Middleton of Anderson, OH, Jason W Middleton (Brittany Wheeler) of Cleves, OH; sisters, Norma Lee Lane of Alva, FL, Geneva Smith of Aurora, IN; great grandchild, Aridyn Middleton.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her loving husband, Hubert Spaulding; son, Victor Ray Spaulding; two siblings, Estel Bradley, & Genevieve Ballard; step-sister, Dorothy Bradley.
Friends will be received Monday, September 20, 2021, 11:00 am – 1:00 pm at the Rullman Hunger Funeral Home, 219 Mechanic Street, Aurora, Indiana.
Services will be held at 1:00 pm with Pastor Tom Holt officiating.
Interment will follow in the Mt. Sinai Cemetery, Aurora, Indiana.
