DEARBORN COUNTY, IN — A man whose body was found last Saturday in a Guilford pond has been identified.
The Dearborn County Sheriff’s Office says 59-year-old Paul Bradley of Lawrenceburg drowned in a pond on York Ridge Road.
Bradley was the subject of a Silver Alert that was issued on April 11 after a family member reported him missing. The alert was canceled Tuesday afternoon.
Investigators learned that Bradley had not been seen since April 3 when he left an Ester Ridge Road home in a maroon Dodge Dakota.
The vehicle was recovered from the pond.
It’s not clear why Bradley drove off the road and crashed into the pond.
An autopsy performed on the body Monday revealed Bradley drowned.
The Dearborn County Coroner’s Office, Dearborn County Water Rescue, Indiana Conservation Officers, and the Miller-York Fire Department assisted at the scene.
