(Batesville, IN) – Batesville-based Hillenbrand, Inc. has completed the divestiture of its minority stake interest in TerraSource Holdings to Astec Industries.
The transaction has a total purchase price of about $245 million.
Hillenbrand received around $115 million from the transaction, which is being used to pay down debt.
