Harrison, Oh. — Police in Harrison are searching for a two-year-old child and his non-custodial parent.
Police initially responded to the residence around 11 p.m. on the report of a missing child. Police allege Kelly Schmid and Kyle Reidmiller took 2-month-old Cobain Reidmiller.
Schmid and Reidmiller are the biological parents but do not have custodial rights.
