BROOKVILLE, Ind. — A handmade mountain dulcimer built by Harry Rosenberger will be raffled off at a scholarship dinner and basket raffle on April 22.
The dinner will be held at the Brookville American Legion.
Rosenberger had to create his own tools to build the instrument and spent over 40 hours crafting it.
All money raised will be used for scholarships for graduating seniors from Franklin County High School.
