H.S. boys golf recaps from April 8 and 9

The following are high school boys golf recaps from April 8 and 9.  There may be updates, so please check back.

Batesville placed 10th at the Greenwood Woodman Invite.  The Bulldogs shot 363.  Center Grove won the event with a 299.  Low scores for BHS were an 83 by Jackson Wanstrath and an 86 by Leo Moody.

Other Batesville individual results: Henry Koehne 96, Jackson Day 98 and Logan Fletcher 104.

Morristown individual results: Caldwell 90, Stidham 109, Walker 125, Conrad 126 and Essex 128.

Team scores: Center Grove A 299, Center Grove B 315, Austin 324, Greenwood 328, Greenwood Christian 338, Franklin 341, Avon 343, Whiteland 359, Roncalli 363 (9th by tiebreaker), Batesville 363, Crawfordsville 364, Indian Creek 386, Franklin Central 388, Lawrence Central 443 and Morristown 450.

Southwestern played at the Floyd Central Inviational. The very young Rebel team of three freshmen and one sophomore scored 538.  Cathedral won the event with 318, Evansville North followed with 319 while Bloomington South and Columbus North tied at 320.

Individually for Southwestern, Blake Boley led with 121, Adam Boley shot 134, Wade Barker carded 139 and Wyatt Barker had 144.
