Progress is being made on the pedestrian trail in Greensburg.
A ceremonial groundbreaking was held last month for the 1.7 mile walking and biking trail that spans from Rebekah Park to the Decatur County Community Schools office.
Construction crews are working on the 12-foot-wide trail and an expected completion date is mid-August, according to the Greensburg Daily News.
Officials say the trail will help promote health and wellness in the community.
