Madison, IN—Governor Eric J. Holcomb is directing flags in Jefferson County to be flown at half-staff to honor the life of Madison Mayor Damon Welch.
Flags should be flown at half-staff from sunrise to sunset on Sunday, September 29.
Gov. Holcomb also asks businesses and residents in Jefferson County to lower their flags to half-staff to honor Mayor Welch.
