Osgood, Ind. — The Ripley County Chamber of Commerce honored George’s Pharmacy as the business of the year.
George Gillman started the business in 1985 after graduating from Butler University. Today there are six locations, Batesville, Sunman, Versailles, Bright, Milan and Brookville. A new location in Connersville is planned.
Gillman told WRBI News he takes pride in being a part of the community, not just doing business in a city. He also encourages other entrepreneurs to take chances and follow their dreams.
