FCHS coach Jill Mergenthal said, “We were again playing roles on the court we had only been practicing for a week. It was when an unexpected injury occurred in set one that juniors Lauren Stacy and Stephanie Billman came in to play. Both played all-around and did a great job!  The team worked through obstacles that are only spoken of as ‘if this ever happens’ or ‘always know how to play every position’.  We pulled through the game with more knowledge and respect of the game.”
