Brookville, In. — The Brookville Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2014 will honor Myron Gehring. The 96-year-old is the only living Franklin County resident to have been a prisoner of war during World War II or the Korean Conflict.
The public is invited to the 11:30 a.m. ceremony at 26 West Eighth Street in Brookville.
