It’s armband night at the Franklin County 4-H Fair, with the carnival open from 5 to 10 p.m. For just one price, you can ride all evening. Over at the grandstand, it’s Flat Drag racing—adults hit the track at 7 p.m., followed by the kids’ race at 9. General admission is $5, and pit access is $15.
