Batesville, In. —The City of Batesville has been awarded $114,500 for clearance and demolition of a vacant and dilapidated service station by the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs.
The proposed project includes removing a blighted former location of Feller’s Service Station, clearing the site, and bringing the property one step closer to redevelopment.
