(Greensburg, IN) – Decatur County Commissioners voted to sell the former highway department garage and property for more than $600,000.
K-Fab Investments submitted the winning bid.
Commissioners last month turned down a $530,000 bid for the property at State Road 46 and Base Road, saying it was too low.
It was in October when Commissioners voted 2-1 to sell the property at a public auction, with the hope that they would receive $700,000 to offset costs from the new $1.3 Million facility near the Greensburg Municipal Airport.
This week’s vote to sell the property was unanimous.
