Floyd L. “Buck” Farrow

Floyd L. “Buck” Farrow 77, of Aurora, Indiana, passed away Wednesday October 9, 2019 in Milan, Indiana.

He was born December 24, 1941 in Mt Carmel, IN, son of the late Albert Farrow and Reva (Fernung) Bowman.
Floyd served his country as a member of the United States Army.

He worked in Plant Maintenance for Bayer Corporation, retiring after over 34 years of service.

He was a member of the Ebenezer Baptist Church and also attended the First Baptist Church of Aurora, Aurora Masonic Lodge #51, and was a Shriner. He enjoyed hunting and loved to talk. He didn’t know a stranger. His favorite pastime was spending time with his family.

Floyd is survived by his loving spouse of 58 years Mary (Ketenbrink) Farrow, daughter, Beverly (Eric) Ester of Dillsboro, IN; son, Chuck (Sandy) Farrow of New Braunfels, TX; sister, Mabel (Hank) Rud of Wickenburg, AZ; grandchildren, Tyler Ester (Paige Miller), Erica (Aaron) Mathes, Logan Farrow, Lacey Farrow; great grandson, Cash Mathes, with another great grandchild on the way.

He was preceded in death by Father, Albert Farrow, Mother, Reva (Fernung) Bowman, Brother, Albert Farrow.

Friends will be received Monday, October 14, 2019, 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm at the First Baptist Church, 6060 Blair Rd, Aurora, Indiana. Masonic services will be held at 7:30.

Services will be held at the church, Tuesday October 15, 2019 at 11:00 am.

Interment will follow in the River View Cemetery, Aurora, Indiana. Military graveside services will be conducted by members of local Veterans Service Organizations.
