FCCHS students compete at Leadership Conference

FRANKLIN COUNTY, Ind. — Eight Franklin County High School Future Business Leaders of America students attended the 71st Indiana State Leadership Conference, where each student participated in four or more competitive events.

The students placed first in three events, second in three events, third in one event, fourth in four events, fifth in three events, sixth in three events, and seventh in two events.

Award winners were as follow:

  • Jade Allen, 4th place in Agribusiness and Marketing Team performance
  • Ethan Ball, 2nd place in Digital Video Production
  • Kelsey Ball, 3rd place in Health Care Administration, 4th place in Help Desk, 5th place in Personal Finance, 7th place in Help Desk Performance and Entrepreneurship
  • Emalee Dehner, 6th place in Network Design
  • Sarah May, 2nd place in Digital Video Production, 5th place in Health Care Administration, 7th place in Journalism; Gretchen Miller, 4th place in Marketing Team performance
  • Audrey Reed, 2nd place in Business Law, 4th place Marketing Team performance, 6th place in Advertising
  • Kyle Seibert, placed 1st in Introduction to Business, Introduction to Information Technology, Public Speaking I, 5th place Introduction to Business Communication, and 6th place Journalism.
